Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
There are no refunds.

If ring is too loose contact Thee Healing House for tightening. (Thee Healing House does not cover shipping if returning item through any postal service)*

If ring is too tight contact Thee Healing House and we will do ONE exchange with the same crystal and a larger sized band.
If crystal or wiring gets loose within first 6 months, return and Thee Healing House will make adjustments free of charge. If after 6 months, contact Thee Healing House and we will do our best to keep the customer happy.*

If crystal falls out within first 6 months, Thee Healing House will replace free of charge.**
​
If crystal falls out after 6 months, Thee Healing House will replace the crystal for a Replacement Charge (prices vary depending on crystal).**

Shipping
We ship once a week on Mondays. If you put in a special request for an item, please allow up to one week for your order to be fulfilled, then expect it to ship out the following Monday.
